Liliya Syromiatnikova

I am a psychologist by education, and my work is shaped by both professional understanding and lived experience. I moved alone to a new country without knowing the language or anyone around me, rebuilt my life from scratch, built two businesses, and found my way through depression and deep instability.

That journey gave me a deep respect for how disorienting transition can be — and for how much people need more than vague advice when they are trying to hold themselves together. They need clarity, structure, emotional steadiness, and support that feels practical and real.

This is why I created this program: to offer calm, grounded, psychologist-led support for people who want to move through change with more stability, self-trust, and inner clarity.
